1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 999de platform and all its services. When you create an account, log in, place a bet, or use the platform in any way, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

• Bets are refunded if a match is cancelled

7 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999de:

• Participation in match-fixing or any form of manipulation
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

• Threatening or harassing other members or staff

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

999de may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious transactions or betting activity
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (18 months or more)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Members are generally given notice before a permanent closure; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations. Any valid balance will be refunded subject to verification.
