Betting is for fun, not stress. All the responsible gaming tools and benefits you need are right there in your 999de account.
Responsible gaming means keeping betting a healthy form of entertainment — one where you stay in control, not the other way around. 999de believes that family, work, and health always come first. Betting comes after.
We know that many people in Bangladesh are coming to an online betting platform for the first time. That's why building responsible gaming habits from the start is so important. 999de's Responsible Betting program is designed with exactly that in mind.
All responsible gaming tools on 999de are completely free and accessible at any time through your account settings.
Many people don't realize when normal betting is turning into a problem. Ask yourself the questions below — and answer them honestly.
If you answered "yes" to two or more of the questions above, please reach out to the 999de support team immediately or activate self-exclusion.
On 999de, you set your own betting limits — the most effective way to play responsibly. Once a limit is in place, your account enforces it automatically.
| Limit type | Description | Time to take effect |
|---|---|---|
| Daily Deposit Limit | Maximum amount you can deposit per day | Instant |
| Weekly Deposit Limit | Weekly Total Deposit Limit | Instant |
| Monthly deposit limit | Monthly Total Deposit Limit | Instant |
| Bet Amount Limit | Maximum amount per bet | Instant |
| Loss Limit | Maximum loss amount within a set time period | Instant |
| Session time limit | Continuous play time limit | Instant |
Limit reductions take effect immediately. However, requests to increase a limit only take effect after 72 hours — giving you time to reconsider.
Log in to your 999de account and go to "Account Settings".
Look for the "Responsible Betting" or "Responsible Gaming" section in the Settings menu.
Set limits on deposits, bets, losses, or time — whatever works for you.
Once confirmed, your limit takes effect immediately. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
Self-Exclusion is a feature that lets you voluntarily pause betting on your account — temporarily or permanently. Sometimes, taking a step back is the most important decision you can make.
If you attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period, it will be detected and blocked. We also won't send you any promotional messages during this time.
To request self-exclusion, contact support directly or activate it yourself through your account settings. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your self-exclusion taking effect.
It's easy to lose track of time while betting. 999de's Reality Check feature sends you regular reminders showing how long you've been playing and how much you've spent.
To enable the reality check feature, go to your account settings and set a time interval under the "Reality Check" option. You can choose any interval between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
999de strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. If you share a device with children or teenagers in your household, it is important to put protective measures in place.
If you suspect a minor is using 999de, contact us immediately at support@999de.ws and we'll act swiftly.
